Making Every Wall Work
At 200 sq. ft., there is no room for unnecessary design.
The counter, coffee equipment, product display, pastry section and storage all had to sit comfortably within a very small footprint. Instead of adding too many materials, we kept the palette limited and used warm wood throughout the doors, counters, shelves and menu elements.
The curved façade gives the outlet a softer presence from the street, while the illuminated signage and warm exterior lighting help it stand out after dark.
Inside, open shelves keep coffee and tea products visible, the pastry display sits right where customers can see it, and even the small seating corner has been worked into the available space.
It is a small café, but it does not need to feel temporary or cramped. The design gives SIGA Coffee a clear identity while keeping the space practical for everyday service.
A Small Coffee Space With a Warm, Local Character
SIGA Coffee is a compact 200 sq. ft. café in Seshadripuram, Bangalore.
With very little room to work with, the idea was to keep the space simple and make every element useful. Warm wood, soft textured walls and black details give the café its character, while the bilingual signage keeps the brand rooted in its local setting.
